 Main Experiences:
   Joined the School of  journalism and communication in Xiamen  University as a member of Talent  Introduction in Taiwan  in 2011.
   Worked as a lecture in the School of the Visual Arts of  Shanghai in Fudan   University in 2010.
   Worked as a lecture in the School of the academy of  motion picture arts  in Shanghai in  2009.
   Worked as the director of the EMBA Center Research in Shixin University,  Shanghai.
 Research Area:
   Mainly about applied research. The research areas are  Journalism and Communication across the Taiwan Strait  and the Culture Creativity Industry.
 Lecture Courses:
   Appreciation of Variety Show in Taiwan, Research of Idol  Drama in Taiwan, the Culture Creativity Industry in Taiwan, PR in City Image, Documentary  Making, Television Lighting, Statement and writing of the film and television.
 Others:

1. Planning to recruit 1 to 2 Master graduate student every year, and the interest of research  must about two sides across the Taiwan Strait  or Culture  Creativity.

2. Planning to direct the graduation thesis for 4 to 7 undergraduates every year but  limit in researches about video and television.

Professional masters,  foreigner students and students from Hong Kong or Macau are out of  the indicator  while students from Taiwan  or southeast Asia are welcomed.
