On 13 August, a delegation composed of 14 presidents of universities in English speaking countries of Africa, including Zambia, Malawi, Cameroon, Ghana, Egypt, South Africa, paid a visit to Xiamen University. Wu Daguang, vice president of Xiamen University met the delegation and introduced them to the “one belt and one road” strategy of Xiamen University for internationalization of education and the status quo of Xiamen University Malaysia. The delegation showed great interest in the progress of internationalization of education and expected to explore the possibility of cooperation between both sides.
